Bridging the Gap Between Hospital and Home

Centrally located in downtown Livermore, our nursing and rehabilitation center is in walking distance to local restaurants and shopping centers. Our center has an enclosed courtyard, complete with both herb and flower gardens and a water fountain.

We have Registered Nurses available around the clock and we offer short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care. Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.
